Nominations Now Open for Intergovernmental Relations Official of the Year

NACIRO is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Intergovernmental Relations Official of the Year Award. Now in its second year, this award recognizes an outstanding NACIRO member who has demonstrated excellence in intergovernmental relations and a strong commitment to advancing counties and local government collaboration.
The award will be presented during the NACIRO Annual Conference Business Meeting, where the recipient will also have the opportunity to offer brief remarks to attendees.
Members are encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the nomination form and recognize a colleague who has made a meaningful impact in the profession. Please note that nominees must be current NACIRO members and must be in attendance at the Annual Conference to receive the award.
Nominations are due by Friday, June 12. Please complete the form below and send to Danny.DeHoog@maricopa.gov.
