NACIRO Board Appoints Central Region Representative

The National Association of County Intergovernmental Relations Officials (NACIRO) Board of Directors has appointed Kevin Pangrace as the organization’s new Central Region Representative, bringing a wealth of legislative and local government experience to the role.

Kevin currently serves as Director of Government Affairs for the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, where he has worked for the past eight years, including the last two in his current leadership position. In this role, he has been instrumental in advancing the county’s policy priorities and strengthening relationships with state and regional partners.
Prior to joining Franklin County, Kevin spent more than a decade in the Ohio House of Representatives, where he developed deep expertise in health and human services policy. His work spanned multiple state budgets and General Assemblies, giving him a strong understanding of the legislative process and the complexities of state-level policymaking.
Kevin’s commitment to public service extends beyond his professional roles. He has served on several boards and commissions, including the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio, the Franklin County Family and Children First Council, the Franklin County Racial Equity Council, and the University Area Commission.
He holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from Ohio University.
Kevin’s appointment reflects NACIRO’s continued focus on strong regional representation and leadership. His experience, collaborative approach, and policy expertise will be valuable assets as NACIRO continues to support county intergovernmental relations professionals across the country.
